Seeds:
Skunk House Seeds does not offer any returns for any reason at all; however, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping.
Clone Plants (Live Goods):
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of live clones, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on live plants. However, we guarantee that clones will arrive alive and healthy.
A photo is taken of every order before shipment. If you receive a shipment and the wrong product was sent to you, please send us an email at [email protected] with a photo of the items in your shipment. Upon confirmation that the pre-shipping photo shows you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.
Please do not send any products back to us, as the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
Arrive Alive Guarantee: If your clones arrive dead on arrival (DOA) or severely damaged, you must contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.
Required Documentation: You must provide clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged plant(s) still inside their original packaging.
Replacements: Valid claims will be handled via a one-time replacement of the same strain (subject to availability). If the strain is out of stock, a credit or equivalent replacement will be offered.
Exclusions: We are not responsible for plant health issues occurring after the initial 24-hour delivery window, including but not limited to: improper transplanting, environmental stress, pest exposure in your facility, or carrier delays caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Merchandise:
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Health & Hygiene: We do not accept returns of sealed goods.
Buyer’s Remorse: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do not refund returns for products, face masks, or size exchanges.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, Skunk House Seeds reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
